UT of J&K - Creation of Covid Isloation Centre at Panchayat Level.
DDCs were advised to formulate a District Development Plan and to ensure that atleast one isolation centre for each Panchayat with facilities catering to alteast 5 patients are created, including atleast one bed with oxygen concentration facilities and toilet facilities in the panchayat ghar / any govt. building
