  A step forward with an objective of Digital-INDIA, the organization has come up with an idea of new age online exam. This new age online exam system is going to benefit candidates in various ways. Unlike other online exam, it will be conducted through MEDHAVI ANDROID APPLICATION installed in an android mobile device having compatible latest version of android and a good internet connection. The biggest benefit of this system is that, it will expedite the process of examination significantly, besides it will also save applicant’s travelling time who have to travel long ways to appear for exam by spending money on travel and food and time spent on such travel will also be saved which could be utilized in various productive ways. Online exam system is capable of reducing the time in processing the result which will enable us to deliver scholarships amount faster i.e. in just 2 working days result will be declared and within next 5 working days scholarship disbursement will start. This way the organization would be able to fulfill its commitment of helping the meritorious population from all section of society expeditiously with ZERO formalities and NEGLIBLE Procedures.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION 

The selection process for the scholarship will comprise of an ONLINE Exam of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The structure of the Examination is as follows:

Duration of Exam - 23 Minute (no separate time limit for each section) 

NOTE: All questions will be available in English & Hindi except English Language section.

Exam will be conducted only on MEDHAVI ANDROID APPLICATION. Application can be downloaded from Google Play store, the link to download mobile application is also provided on the website http://www.medhavionline.org, all updates regarding exam will be available on the website, app & YouTube channel, candidates must visit website to know latest information/updates regarding scholarship exams. 

                    Candidates are also advised to attempt ‘MOCK TEST’, well in advance, available at the MEDHAVI APPLICATION and become familiar with the format of examination. The exam will consist of 5 (Five) sections, the candidate will have to complete the exam within given time. To avert any chance of discrepancy, there shall be no back option, which means candidates will not be able to go back to previously answered/unanswered question to change/mark the answer. Candidates need to attempt the question appearing on the screen or press next button leaving the question unanswered. Candidate must make sure that they attempt provided questions within given time limit as no extra time will be given. Exam will be auto-submitted on completion of time. 

FEE FOR EXAM 

a) A registration fee of Rs.400 (Four hundred only) for all category (UNRESERVED/OBC/SC/ST) applicants need to be paid for the online exam; based on the online exam, merit will be prepared. 

b) The registration fee of Rs.400 (Four hundred only) is 100% REFUNDABLE to all those candidates who score more than or equal to 40% passing marks in the scholarship exam and do not qualify for any merit list.

SCHOLARSHIP: 

543 candidates will be awarded Type A (Total Rs.20,000) scholarship i.e. Rs.8000/- (1st month), Rs.6000/- (2nd month) and Rs.6000/- (3rd month); 349 candidates will be awarded 

Type B (Total Rs.10,000) scholarship i.e. Rs.5000/- (1st month), Rs.3000/- (2nd month) and Rs.2000/- (3rd month); 361 candidates will be awarded 

Type C (Total Rs.6,000) scholarship i.e. Rs.2000/- (1st month), Rs.2000/- (2nd month) and Rs.2000/- (3rd month); 

and candidates who score a minimum passing marks of 40% or above and do not qualify for any merit list will be given Rs.400 (one time only) as refund of registration fee. Number of scholarship is subject to merit list & number of application received, which means that the number of scholarship may be increased or decreased. 

Decision of the organization shall be final in this regard. 

                          Monthly scholarship will be paid in three consecutive months. Scholarship distribution and refund of registration fee will start from 30.10.2021 (for 5 days) Result will be prepared solely on the basis of merit of candidates. Merit list in any case will not be less than 40% of the maximum marks, no candidate will be considered for merit securing less than 40% marks.

HOW TO APPLY: 

Note: CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO FILL THEIR CORRECT AND ACTIVE E-MAIL ADDRESSES IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION AS ALL CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE MADE THROUGHE-MAIL ONLY. FURTHER SCHEDULE AND REQUIREMENTS (if any) WITH REGARD TO COPIESOF CERTIFCATES TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPECT OF CLAIMS MADE IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION WILL BE E-MAILED IN DUE COURSE TO THE CANDIDATES TO THEIR REGISTERED E-MAIL ID OR WILL BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE. CANDIDATES MUST INSTALL MEDHAVI ANDROID APPLICATION AND VISIT NOTIFICATION SECTION ON REGULAR BASIS TO GET ALL UPDATES REGARDING SCHOLARSHIP EXAM.

1. Candidates must apply online through MEDHAVI ANDROID APPLICATION only. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.

 5. A confirmation mail consisting registration ID will be sent to the E-mail of the candidate. 

6. After submitting the Online Application (OA), the candidates are required to take snap shot of the finally submitted Online Application (OA). 

7. Candidates are not required to submit to the Organization either by post or by hand the printouts of their online applications or any other document. 

8. The candidates are advised to submit the Online Application well in advance without waiting for the closing date. 

9. NO NEED OF UPLOADING PHOTO OR SIGNATURE OF THE APPLICANT. 

10. ONLY SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT BANK DETAILS UNDER ‘CLAIM SCHOLARSHIP’ SECTION OF THE MEDHAVI APP. CLAIM SCHOLARSHIP SECTION WILL BE ACTIVATED AFTER THE DECLARATION OF RESULT FOR THE GIVEN PERIOD ONLY i.e. 27.10.2021 to 31.10.2021.

DATE, TIME & VENUE OF EXAMINATION 

I. Tentative date for examination is 24 OCTOBER 2021 (Sunday). Time of examination will be made available under ‘ONLINE EXAM’ section of Medhavi Android App 3 days prior to exam date.

 II. This is an ONLINE EXAMINATION and can be accessed only through an android device using MEDHAVI APPLICATION with compatible & latest version of android having a good internet connection. Candidates can appear for the exam from their HOME or any other location as per their convenience. (Read Annexure A)

GENERAL APTITUDE Comprehension Reasoning, Venn Diagrams, Number Series, Coding and decoding, Problem Solving Techniques, Statement & Conclusion type questions, Arithmetic reasoning, Arithmetical number series, Non-verbal series, Syllogistic reasoning, Seating Arrangements, Blood relations, Ranking, Distance & Direction, Mathematical Inequalities. 

QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions and relationship between numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit & Loss, Discount, Mensuration, Time and Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work, Trignometry, Geometry, Statistics & Probability, Algebra. 

ENGLISH Spotting errors, Fill in the blank Cloze Test, Idioms & Phrases, Synonyms and antonyms, Reconstruction of sentence & passage, one word substitution, Phrase substitution, Jumbled up sentences, Double blanks in a sentence, commonly misspelled words, Comprehension passages, correction of sentences, synthesis of sentences. Candidates’ ability to understand Basic English, his basic comprehension would be tested.

Annexure - A

 SUBJECT: Mandatory Instructions for SWAWLAMBAN Scholarship Exam – Reg. SWAWLAMBAN Scholarship Exam for registered candidates is scheduled to be held on 24th October 2021 under normal circumstances (dates are subject to conditions, out of the control of organization, in adverse conditions it may be changed). 

REPORTING TIME for SWAWLAMBAN Scholarship Exam for all registered candidate is available under ONLINE EXAM (YouTube video) section of Medhavi application. 

Candidates must adhere to below instructions for the successful completion of SWAWLAMBAN Scholarship Exam, failing which will lead to disqualification. It is once again informed that only those technical issues will be addressed which are in direct control of Medhavi other issues out of the control of Medhavi will not be addressed. 

1. It is the responsibility of candidates to arrange disturbance free internet connection and power supply for their android device during exam.

 2. Candidates must keep phone memory (RAM & ROM) at least 40% free. To free RAM delete/uninstall all unnecessary apps from the phone and close all apps except those which are necessary for successful completion of exam. To free ROM, delete photos, videos, etc. 

3. Some candidates experience BLACK SCREEN during exam which is due to display setting of phone, candidates can fix this issue by changing DARK MODE to LIGHT MODE.

 4. Candidates must ensure that they are using LATEST VERSION of MEDHAVI APPLICATION, which must be ensured by checking Medhavi app on GOOGLE PLAYSTORE, 1 day prior to exam. Candidates themselves will be responsible for any problem occurs due to the use of old version of Medhavi App. No request will be entertained later in this regard.

5. Any phone call i.e. receiving or outgoing on mobile phone during exam may lead to disqualification of candidates. It is strongly recommended to follow any or all of the below methods to avoid any disturbance during exam, failing which will result in disqualification of candidate and no request will be entertained later in this regard. Below are the following methods: 

       a) Keep mobile phone on AEROPLANE MODE and Use a Wi-Fi internet service. or 

       b) Forward all incoming calls using call settings of your android mobile phone. or

       c) Block all incoming calls using call settings of your android mobile phone. or

6. All applications on android device of candidates, except Medhavi app and screen recording app [and call block app (if using)], shall remain close during the exam. 

7. Candidates must not share the password of Medhavi application with anyone.

 

8. Candidates must check their REPORTING TIME under ONLINE EXAM section of Medhavi app and must click on ‘LOGIN FOR EXAM’ button within REPORTING TIME, failing which will lead to disqualification. NO REQUEST WILL BE ENTERTAINED LATER.

 9. Candidates will reach INSTRUCTIONS page on clicking LOGIN FOR EXAM button within REPORTING TIME. 

10. Once logged in i.e. on reaching INSTRUCTIONS page, candidates will not be allowed to close the application, doing so will result in disqualification. 

11. Login window will be available strictly for REPORTING TIME only and no candidates will be able to click on LOFIN FOR EXAM button for login after the REPORTING TIME. NO LOGIN REQUEST WOULD BE ENTERTAINED LATER. 

12. After login, INSTRUCTIONS page will be displayed for some time. Candidates must read all instructions carefully. 

13. Exam will AUTO START after the end of timer available on the top of INSTRUCTIONS page. 

14. Candidates can submit their test by clicking on SUBMIT button anytime. Exam will be auto submitted at the completion of time. SCREEN RECORDING APP All candidates are directed to use an authorized and authentic SCREEN RECORDING APP and save the recording. Saved recording will be used in case of any issue/problem arise only due to app related technical glitches and to address such issue/problem. Exam issue arise due to other problem i.e. internet connectivity problem, power supply, call receiving, etc. Will not be covered under this facility. Though the problem due to app related technical glitches are negligible but keeping all the factors in mind and to make the process MORE TRANSPARENT, this process is being started.

How to use SCREEN RECORDING APP:

 1. Turn on the SCREEN RECORDING APP before turning on the MEDHAVI APP for login. 

2. Now turn on MEDHAVI APP.

 3. Go to ONLINE EXAM section of Medhavi app, Select SCHOLARSHIP EXAM button at the top of the page to login for SWAWLAMBAN scholarship exam.

5. In case of any issue/problem during login process or exam, candidate must save the recording and send us at through app only, DO NOT EMAIL THE RECORDING. In case of any issue/problem during exam candidates must send the recording as per instructions (point no 1 to 5). Else request will not be considered and no request will be entertained.
